JOB: Sales Consultant – Government Accounts

Our client in the information services industry is seeking an experienced sales consultant to grow their government accounts. We are considering candidates working in the East Coast region with easy access to the DC area; position will work remotely from a home office.

Candidates must be able to show proven success in managing government accounts, both in managing existing accounts as well as finding new business. Our client will provide training on their own industry-specific products, but it’s likely that someone who is accustomed to technology sales and/or sales of technical products will be most successful in this role.

This role offers a base salary as well as commission/bonus opportunity! Our client has been in business for over 30 years and also offers standard benefits such as medical insurance, paid time-off, etc.

JOB: Account Director (Columbus, OH)

We are excited to announce an immediate need for an Account Director! Our client specializes in providing a range of medical billing services and is headquartered in Columbus, OH.  This is a new role, created as a result of their rapid growth. Ideal candidates for our client will need to be ready for an incredibly fast pace!

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing a client relations strategy under the leadership of the CEO. This will be achieved by coordinating best practices, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, as well as building successful business partnerships with key customers. Regular analysis of performance measures and business metrics to continue growth is necessary. Manage, mentor and develop the existing client management staff and be a primary contact for client problem resolution for the staff and CEO.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in consulting/client services; management experience. Presence is key! Must be able to interact comfortably with individuals at the C-level; able to travel if needed. (Extensive travel is not expected.) Prior management experience preferred. Prior experience in a Big 4 or similar consulting company and/or client management background is ideal. Additionally, financial experience is necessary – a CPA or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting is ideal.

We just kicked off a new client and are excited to announce an immediate search for an IT Business Analyst! Our client specializes in offering a variety of medical billing services and is headquartered in Columbus.

If you’re looking for a job with a company that is experiencing rapid growth, where you can expect the functions of your role to evolve quickly, this could be the job for you! Our client is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented business analyst with a background in information. Programming background is not required, but the ability to understand and interpret technical data is crucial!

The primary focus will be on systems analysis and process support; specifically, by providing advanced support and management of medical billing databases. Our client will provide training on medical billing industry-specific areas such as CodeRyte and CPU! In addition, you’ll have a critical role in client implementations as well as a variety of other projects. (This role is key in providing business analysis; it’s unlikely you would do much if any programming or coding. However, you’ll need to have basic administrator-level or super-user understanding of databases.)

Necessary knowledge and experience:

  • Advanced IT experience; ability to understand and complete administrator level and/or super-user level tasks within a database and/or billing structure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

We are searching for a Call Center Manager for a growing client in Columbus, OH! This role is responsible for the daily operations of a Columbus-based call center that supports customers nationwide. The primary focus of this role is on continual improvement and ensuring timely, accurate, friendly, communication to customers. Ability to analyze and improve call center performance by reviewing call data is necessary. Must be an expert in managing changing priorities, conflict resolution and empowering employees to create successful resolutions.

Culture is also very important to our client! This person must be an upbeat individual that can create a cohesive environment between the call center and other departments, embraces change and can champion strategies among direct reports to effectively communicate those changes to customers.

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of call center operations management experience; 5+ years management experience of 75-100 employees in a call center environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast call volume and adjust manpower needs appropriately
